Kübox Return & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Kübox, each purchase represents both a physical container and the reservation of shipping capacity within carrier networks. Because of this, our return and cancellation policies differ from traditional retail purchases.


Returns (Unused Containers Only)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused Kübox containers only.

To be eligible:

  • Container must be unused and unassembled
  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Must not have been used, packed, or entered into a shipment booking
  • Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns will receive instructions for return shipment.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Any order tied to a booked or reserved shipment
  • Any used or assembled Kübox container
  • Custom-sized Kübox containers
  • International shipping orders once processed
  • Sale items or promotional purchases
  • Gift cards

Shipping Capacity & Booking Policy

All purchases made through Kübox and TrunkMoves represent the reservation of shipping capacity with third-party carrier networks.

Once an order is:

  • Processed, or
  • Associated with a shipment booking

➡️ It is considered final and non-cancellable

This applies even if:

  • The container has not yet been used
  • The shipment has not yet moved

Order Changes & Exceptions

We understand mistakes can happen.

In limited cases, we may allow a one-time exception for order changes or corrections. These are:

  • Evaluated case-by-case
  • Not guaranteed
  • Subject to administrative or restocking fees

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us immediately if:

  • Item is damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Incorrect item received

We will evaluate and resolve promptly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To change products:

  1. Request return approval (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the EU:

You may cancel within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • Item is unused and unassembled
  • No shipping capacity has been reserved or booked

If capacity has been reserved, this exemption no longer applies.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval status
  • Approved refunds are issued to original payment method within 10 business days

Shipping fees and booking-related charges are non-refundable

All transportation services are performed by third-party carriers and governed by their respective terms and tariffs.
