Shipping Policy

Overview

Kübox and TrunkMoves provide a packaging and shipping enablement platform that allows customers to move goods through established parcel carrier networks.

We are not a transportation carrier.

All shipments are transported by third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx or similar), and are subject to their operational processes, service levels, and terms.

How Shipping Works

  1. Purchase a Kübox container
Each container represents a flat-rated shipping unit based on size and service lane (domestic or international)
  2. Pack your items
Customers are responsible for packing, following Kübox guidance or using professional assistance if needed
  3. Book your shipment
Booking includes label creation and reservation of carrier capacity
  4. Carrier pickup and transit
Shipments move through parcel carrier networks—not traditional freight systems

Shipping Capacity & Booking

All purchases made through Kübox and TrunkMoves include the reservation of space within carrier networks.

Once:

  • Labels are created
  • Pickup is scheduled
  • Or a shipment is booked

➡️ Shipping capacity is considered reserved and allocated

As a result:

  • Shipments are not cancellable
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Transit Times

Transit times are:

  • Estimates only
  • Not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier

Transit may be affected by:

  • Weather

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
