Shipping Policy
Overview
Kübox and TrunkMoves provide a packaging and shipping enablement platform that allows customers to move goods through established parcel carrier networks.
We are not a transportation carrier.
All shipments are transported by third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx or similar), and are subject to their operational processes, service levels, and terms.
How Shipping Works
-
Purchase a Kübox container
Each container represents a flat-rated shipping unit based on size and service lane (domestic or international) -
Pack your items
Customers are responsible for packing, following Kübox guidance or using professional assistance if needed -
Book your shipment
Booking includes label creation and reservation of carrier capacity -
Carrier pickup and transit
Shipments move through parcel carrier networks—not traditional freight systems
