Kubox LLC is committed to extending the useful life of shipping containers, reducing avoidable packaging waste, and helping customers protect goods through practical, reusable packaging design.

Our commitments

Design for repeated use. We develop durable shipping containers intended for multiple uses and encourage customers to keep serviceable containers in circulation.

Support repair and restoration. We provide replaceable components so customers can restore worn or damaged parts without replacing an entire container. Containers should be inspected before reuse to confirm they remain suitable for the shipment.

Use materials efficiently. We consider container weight, sizing, durability, and protection together. Our goal is to reduce unnecessary packaging while maintaining the protection required by the contents.

Support responsible end-of-life handling. We encourage users to separate components and recycle eligible materials through appropriate local programs. Recycling availability depends on the material, its condition, and local acceptance requirements.

Communicate accurately. We aim to support environmental claims with relevant evidence and distinguish product features from measured environmental outcomes.

Kübox’s sustainability efforts currently center on product design and customer support:

• Reusable shipping containers are available in standard and custom sizes.
• Spare components support repair and restoration.
• Our published reusable containerized logistics program describes a practical lifecycle: Deploy → Use → Restore → Reuse.
• Customer information encourages continued use of serviceable containers and replacement of worn components.

These activities support longer container life and reduced reliance on disposable packaging. They are a qualitative account of current practices, rather than a quantified assessment of emissions, water use, or waste savings.

Accountability and updates

Kübox management is responsible for reviewing this policy and its implementation at least annually. We will update this page with material developments, available supporting evidence, and areas for improvement.

Our priorities include clearer reuse and inspection guidance, practical component separation instructions, and better documentation of restoration and repeat-use experience.
