Can I buy one container?
Yes. Standard Kübox containers are available individually. Compare the usable interior dimensions with the protected piece's size.
What protection goes inside?
Select surface protection, cushioning, supports and restraint for the particular medium, condition, weight and construction of the work.
Protect vulnerable faces, edges, corners and projections without harmful pressure. Have a qualified art packer or conservator evaluate delicate or irreplaceable pieces.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes. You can use your carrier or freight account to ship your purchased Kübox order to you. Contact us before checkout to arrange this.
Once the artwork is packed, you can also book its shipment directly using your chosen carrier account.
Delivery of your purchased containers and shipping your packed artwork are separate shipments.
How do we prepare for exhibition returns?
Keep suitable internal supports with the container. Label inserts and provide photographs showing how the piece is packed.
Ask the recipient to retain the packing materials. Inspect the container and internal protection before the return trip and replace damaged components.
Reassess the arrangement whenever a different piece is shipped.
Where can I review the engineering and testing?
Kübox combines heavy corrugated panels, laminated structural profiles, reusable hubs and locking fasteners.
Review the engineering and testing information for the configurations evaluated. Results apply to specific test conditions and do not guarantee the protection of every artwork or packing arrangement.
Need art containers every month?
Galleries, studios and art-service businesses can evaluate repeatable sizes and reusable packing arrangements for recurring shipments.
Businesses using around 100 units per month, managing repeat shipping programs or ordering recurring custom sizes may also want to evaluate manufacturing under a Kübox license.
A manufacturing license provides a path to produce approved components locally and assemble containers close to your operation, with required proprietary components supplied under the licensing agreement.
Compare purchasing finished containers with licensed production based on your sizes, volume, reuse, equipment, labor and location. The volume example is a starting point for discussion, not a minimum requirement or a guarantee of savings.
